HOUSE RULES

• Check-out time: by 10 am.
• Check-in time: from 2 pm.
• No smoking.
• Overnight stays by guests in addition to those listed on the booking are not permitted.
• No parties.
• Please respect the environment: turn off the heating or lower the temperature (recommended temperature 20–21°C), and switch off lights when you are not in the house. Close the windows during the day when it is hot and open them at night to cool the house down.
• The house must be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish at the end of your stay.
• Guests will be liable for any damage or breakages to the house and the outdoor area belonging to the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled more than 30 days before the check-in date, the booking deposit will be refunded.
• If cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the booking deposit will not be refunded.
